Good day to you all, my brothers, sisters and superiors.
Exarch's message troubles me deeply and raises thoughts I would never expect. I don't want to appear disrespectful and insolent, yet... I can afford it now. I see a grave impudence towards the K'Hara in Vagrants' attempts to order us.
Think of it, even being Nomads, who are they to do so? When did they get the full rights to control the voids that were stoically defended with blood and pain of K'Hara and protector fleet? Did they simply forget about their humble status of splinter hive that was to return under the wing of our benefactors and finally reunite?
They did and K'Hara needs to remind them about it. Such terrible insult cannot be left unanswered.
Not to mention that hampering our access further means that we will not be able to help the defence fleet to dispose of any intruders with smaller losses. The very reason why I pilot a Waran instead of a Raven's Talon now is because I'm sick of helplessy watching people who raid Nomads' home.
High Matron, I beg you to relay this issue to other Guardians. Vagrants are unable to understand our purpose.
It also is a big surprise to see you in human form. I have a feeling I still have a lot to learn.
Now, to the report of my activities.
Not too long ago I offered Exarch Sajuuk to renew our diplomatic efforts with greater fervor. The results are rather humble from my side, but I received Auxesia's agreement on starting negotiations with K'Hara. For that, they want to meet an ambassador who is one of them, not one of the defenders. Exarch generously handles this task.
I'd like to note that a group of mercenaries named Forlorn Hope that is apparently hired by ORG regularly comes to Omicron Iota and other restricted regions of Nomad space. Their intentions are still unknown even though they hold a friendly demeanour. Among them is a common acquaintance of Exarch and me, Nick Stenn. They are not aggressive towards Oracles. Forlorn only fought Nomads in self-defence as far as I could observe. They seem to be constantly collecting data using research equipment.
Ships from the Order group tagged <O> are to be treated with all due caution. Their intentions might be as aggressive as Order Overwatch law demands.
In future, I promise to make my reports more regular. If you are interested in logs of my encounters, I can provide them separately.
