This is going to be a short comm, so I'll go straight to the point.
The Vagrants showed us open hostility. Not only they barred us from accessing Iota, Lost, Major and Phi - but they have also threatened to harm us. Right today, I spoke with Kessereya Reena, which showed me her disdain through several visions - first as part of the K'Hara, then on the Lightseeker, and finally the reunion with the Vagrants themselves.
The final straw was pulled when they tried to harm Jullia again, and they might had done it if I didn't make a timely arrival onboard the Shrine of Altair. They think we betrayed and defied them - but it is all wrong, for we follow the true Lightbringers, the K'Hara, which allowed us access to their home - something which was barred by these remnants. Two Order crafts (Order|Lena.Riemann and Order|Draven.Dunn) arrived shortly after we jumped back to Delta from Lost, swiftly followed by the Vagrants led by one of their advisors, Dione. A friendly person, Iona Taylor of the ORG onboard the ORG|Haguro was there to assist us, even though we didn't fire a shot towards the Vagrants. There was also a freelancer, Clear.Blue, which was hired by the ORG|Haguro.
They gave us their final trial to show them our trust - exterminate the present darklings. As we act in self-defense, and those darklings didn't cause harm to us, we chose not to fulfill their request. Shortly after the skirmish, we departed the area we were in, headed back to the Freeport.
I request a extraordinary recall of the Exarchy to debate on our behaviour towards them.
Until further notice though, all Oracles are to avoid Vagrant contact, as well as equip their ships with cloaking devices.
