TO ALL BMF SHIPS

This is a directive governing the behaviour and responsibilities of all BMF ships and pilots operating in Outcast space. These guidelines and rules are to be read and understood before traveling to Outcast territory.

Those found in breach of these rules will find their ships grounded and their contracts suspended permenantly

The Legal department requests that all pilots familiarize themselves with the following documents:

*Constitution of Territorial and Interstellar Laws
* Maltese Criminal Law Code.

RULES AND GUIDELINES

Pilots found in breach of these rules will be expeled from the BMF

*No BMF Pilot may carry anything other than Gold ore to Planet Malta unless they have the express permission of the Board of Governors.
*Pilots may not carry anything other than Cryo Organisims out of Outcast space.
The Transportation of Cardimine is strictly prohibited, no Pilot is to carry it at any time.
*The transportation of Stabaline is likewise restricted, if you are caught carrying it you will be ejected from Outcast space or destroyed (See Maltese Criminal Law Code)
*No transport OR escort may fire upon any Outcast Vessel, except in the most dire of circumstances.
*Upon return All Pilots must undergo madatory quarantine on Isle of Skye for 2 weeks

Breach of these rules will be punished without exception.

Outcast groups and factions:

The following is a list of Outcast groups that are not expected to hinder our pilots along their journey, however, their desicions are final within Maltese air space and all Pilots are expected to follow their directives.

*The Commune
*Fedeltà (<f)

Drop off and pick up locations:

The following locations are where Pilots deliever and recieve their Cargo:
*Gold from Fortitdine/the Dublin Gold feilds-Delivery to Planet Malta
*Cryo Organisims from Catania Station situated in sector 2E of the Omicron Beta system
