This is the Independent Outcast pilot Narcosys, formally requesting permission for the purchase of an Outcast Destroyer the reason for my intent to purchase is simple, i find myself being outclassed by larger capital ships in many engagements, and now wish to control the power to fight back. The ship will be used for general service of the outcast cause, including, the defense of Omicron Alpha and other outcast interests, to assist any assault fleets, assist cardamine smugglers where possible, and any other general services i may provide to the outcast cause.
