Good day.

Today i was monitoring traffic in the Pennsylvania system when i was approached by a vessel bearing the callsign (C~Jack.Light, I started a conversation with this pilot whose ID identified him as an Outcast. He was very interested in finding out what, if anything, we know of the group 'The Auxesia' and their interactions with DSE. He also informed me of a base that DSE have been using along with recent changes in their freight operations. All of this information is attached to this transmission. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to discuss further with Mr Light but unfortunately we were intercepted by a Forlorn mercenary Gunship and later a VHF. I was accompanied by another Outcast vessel at the request of Mr Light, a ship with the tag (C~The-Honey.Badger came to the scene and quickly dispatched the gunship leaving an opportunity for me to leave safely

Mr Light also informed me that he has more information which his people want to give us 'when the time is right' to put it as he did. I'm not totally sure what he meant by this but i am intrigued all the same. I shall be requesting authorization to meet with Mr Light and discuss things further
