1.2 Flaming, insulting, trolling and harassing other players

Consequences:

You may find it big and clever to come out with these kind of Statements (this is the second we have had and we gave you the benefit of doubt on the first), but to some people it is highly offensive. We hear one more incident, from you, of this, or something similar, and you will incur harsher penalties.
