3. What exactly do you want changed?
Change to the ships power core to 220000/7000000

Allowance to put a Hyperspace scanner on board

4. Why are these changes necessary?
This ship now has 2 large scale reactors installed. A high powered experimental prototype called the HTTB that takes full advantage of Thorium-MOX that has been up-scaled from its original design in the future prediction that further experimental technologies will be tested on the ship and a higher supply of power would be required to meet a possible demand. By undergoing a process called SaF, its able to increase its power output in short bursts when the demand is needed, for example if weapons demand higher output in a combat situation. (Although no weapons capable of maxing demand have yet been installed.)

Another that was previously the standard J-Series commercial reactor fitted to support almost all the systems previously found on the Liner has been changed to work along side the new prototype to specifically supply the on-board supercomputer which in turn handles most of the electronics. The reactor can now support that system alone since most of the load for other systems has moved to the HTTB type reactor. And to handle heat levels, a cryo-cooling facility has been installed to control heat levels on the ship while maintaining stealth capabilities against enemy detection methods, The ships electronic and power transmission systems have also been upgraded to handle such levels without large cases of catastrophic failure.

The hyperspace scanner is a combined part of the previously installed Omni-Purpose transceiver and radar array (OPTRA) which is used for defense & detection, environmental and electronic warfare which also works along side the "Metastability" class super computer which is able to handle all sorts of heavy loads and computations. The increase of the power core should allow it to function and also gives the ability for the ship to conduct deep space scans of the environment while fulfilling an agency purpose of obtaining jump co-ordinates of systems for easy travel and incursions; specifically the omicron region.
