Its against the rules to sell or buy credits for real money. Do not do it.

He can't because it's not in the rules.

Quite a few people did do something like this and nobody complained. I personally think it's fine as well - if you haven't got the time to grind the money I don't see a reason not to realistically reward another player for doing it for you.
