probably if you buy with money from a cheater you will end up losing both the real money and the ingame currency as well

It will only show the time spend online from creation of character which needless to say doesn't provide anything useful for this case, unless its a new player that spends 10mins which have only one character that sells the cheating cash to another player which is not going to happen, most likely the person who will try and manage to sell cheating currency will have quite a few hours logged and there would be no way to determine if its cheated or not because the team wouldn't know what he did in that time to get the money
