Are outcast cap ships now open to any ID?

Oh yeah.
i dont understand this one, please clarify.
He means why is it justifiable to RP that the ships have had a failure in the cardamine aerolizers (which is rather weird considering each outcast is meant to have their own independent breather mask, there's a rumour I have screen-shotted saying this as well) and therefore have to be killed (that's the PVP-whoring bit).

Wouldn't it be better to tell the Captain to turn on his cardamine aerosilizers? (Get the hell back into Character and RP, politely.)

Just going to poke at this one, I believe they WOULD tell him to turn on the cardamine aerosilizers. ANYTHING to try and coax some RP out of them. I believe that shooting would occur only after all efforts had failed and it became blatantly obvious that the individual both A) had no idea they needed to RP an Outcast ship captain and B) refused to come to the forums/resolve the issue.
