Relocation Note Rank History: Cadet (811-812), Lieutenant Junior Grade (812-816), Lieutenant (816-819), Lieutenant Commander (819-823) Miss O'Brien joined the Navy right when she reached 18. She has been an excellent servicemember and I regret having to let her go for the restructuring. She might not be the most exemplary in combat skill or leadership but she is helpful to her comrades and follows orders to the letter. During the Rheinland war our Battlegroup was tasked with defending Texas where she showed that she deserved her promotions. An exceptional situation occured during 819 in which she shielded the blast of an exploding Rheinland Capital vessel from her comrade. Her ship was penetrated by debris by which she was wounded but luckily our ships could rescued her in time. Her promotion to Lieutenant Commander followed shortly after. What she does lack though, is combat experience against Gallic vessels. You should consider that if your group is sent to the border since we haven't been.
