Relocation Note Rank History: Cadet (819-819), Lieutenant Junior Grade (819-820), Lieutenant (820-) I was having Lieutenant Young at my side on my old post before being reassigned to the Harmony. She was an extraordinary officer and an adequate addition to my commanding staff back then. Sadly she wasn't assigned to my command when the forces were restructured and it cost me many talks to get her here. Miss Young has an excellent feeling for assesing a combat situation and knowing possible dangers. She is great at organisation and was reacting to every situation quick and precisely. She is everything the Navy wants in an officer. And the LSF realized that too apparently. She was taking part in joint trainings that are used to improve both skill and to find out if someone is suited to switch force. But Lieutenant Young denied and stayed with the Navy. I believe she will make an excelent addition to our Battlegroup and with her we can certainly avoid another attack of such magnitude. Rear Admiral Victoria Knight
