Konnichiwa esteemed Black Dragon Society,

My name is Tomonaga Joichi, Ex Kusari Naval Force Battleship Captain, Born on planet New Tokyo, my reasons for signing up is rather... simplistic, After the Gallic / Bretonian Wars I was sent home with the Battleship under my command (linking up with the emperor was impossible at this point) and then awaited orders, but instead of returning to the battleship I commanded I was demoted to Captain and given a Destroyer under my command. Not only that but Naval High Command had made it seem fit to depose our emperor and commit treason! TREASON! against our beloved emperor Jien Kogan. I had let my objections to this demotion known to High command both verbally and in letter but nothing gave, instead I got.... treated... how do I say this.... in a very disrespectfull manner.... some would say like ****. I couldn't take that so I bided my time, gathering my savings and quit. I figured I could join our glorious Kusari State Police but I felt that I could take a more hands on approach to piracy by joining the Black Dragon Society. As far as family goes, they are fine, my salary as KNF admiral sustained me and my aging parents and the current retirement fund I am recieving from them keeps me off the streets.
