1. The Lane Hackers and Battlegroup Harmony will provide each other with strategic and tactical assistance in order to effect the total removal of Liberty Navy from their position of oppressorship in Liberty space.
   
2. The Lane Hackers and Battlegroup Harmony will share all intelligence data detailing the disposition of hostile Liberty forces.
   
3. The Lane Hackers and Battlegroup Harmony will fully assist each other within their jurisdiction against any foe with the exception of parties allied to the assister.
   
4. Battlegroup Harmony will refrain from active combat operations against Liberty Rouges and Outcasts within Liberty with the only exception being self-defense.
   
5. The Lane Hackers will grant Battlegroup Harmony access to their bases, resources and supply chains.
   
6. In order to improve cooperation The Lane Hackers will maintain a position of a permanent observer within The Battlegroup Harmony high command with unrestricted access to all intelligence resources. No data will be used without a prior consent.
