Like you see an enemy coming for you; "Please tell me your life story" isnt exctly what to expect. Youre supposed to shoot each other. "Target marked, enaging enemy" and then going in to shoot is more than sufficient RP and the shooting that follows still fits perfectly within RP because again in the end thats exactly what enemies are supposed to do.
