I know, what I was showing was that you came in to an already ongoing fight and therefore he/she doesn't need to give any RP, to you, as you joined in.
Seems so, but how can you be sure he was in fight too? Maybe he was just watching? I am well aware about rules and wouldn't violate them in so obvious way.
