Twenty three hours earlier.

"Good day, Miss Silver." The well dressed man, with a Fellicciano suit, costing over a hundred thousand credits, greeted Silver with a nod, as he opened the door to the photograph room in his holographic sculpture shop, down-town in the Königstrasse sector of planet New Berlin. Silver, dressed in a most fashionable lolita dress with combat boots, the new fashion rage in New Berlin, nodded back and walked in.

The room was fitted with the paraphernalia common to holographic sculpture artists. Cameras, holodecks and several mounts for such. Walking towards one of the walls, that man waved his hand and a small holographic numerical input appeared alongside the ray of a face scanner. He introduced a code and the wall opened up, exhibiting a smaller two by four room with holographic mannequins donning combat protective gear and shelves with row after row displaying assorted combat weaponry. The man went behind the small counter, like a true business man, and looked back at Silver.

"How may we help you today, Frau Silber ?"

Her eyes scanned the room as she turned to see what was available. After running the details in her head, she turned back at the man and displayed a smile.

"Surprise me, Hubert."

The man nodded, in the most rheinlandic of ways, effective and professional. He then turned back and removed from one drawer what it seemed a small blaster.

"Kusarian KY-14R by Kishiro Military Department. Compact and effective." He pressed two buttons in the blaster handle and the blaster barrel extended to a rifle size as well as the handle. "Thirty standard IH rounds, effective up to 1500 meters against unarmored targets. Has an index bypass rate of 56.2% versus standard shield harmonics. 67.4% effectiveness against military grade personal body armor." He clicked the buttons again and the barrel and handle retracted back to the main body of the blaster. Silver nodded, and the man walked towards one of the nearest shelves, removing an SMG sized blaster. He carefully placed it on top of the counter.

"Liberty AR-780DM by Detroit Munitions. A staple of close combat." He picked up and prepared it. One button clicked, a small barrel appeared from the main body. "High density impact shot. Up to twelve rounds per recharge. Excellent versus armored oponents. The suppressing power of the main barrel is currently of sixty rounds. With the modifications we have implemented, EM rounds are now available with an index bypass rate of 86.9% versus standard shield harmonics. Effective up to 150 meters." Silver nodded again and the man placed the SMG blaster on top of the counter. He turned around and opened a small cabinet door behind him.

He then removed a wooden box. He carefully placed it on the centre of the counter and turned the opening towards Silver. His hands, slowly opened the lid. In it, a blaster handgun, very detailed and surprisingly using a very old design. Silver rose an eyebrow and looked at the man. He then spoke.

"Rheinland Sense-MK12 by Von Rohe Militär Works. Only three in existance. Designed and built by Heinrich Jackson this year. One belongs to the Rheinland Military Admiral, Driedrik Sterr and another was sent to the Libertonian Fleet Admiral, Alan Jones, as a celebratory gift for the day of the end of the Rheinland-Liberty war." He then turned the box and picked it up. Aiming it, a shimmer appeared in front of the man's body. "Self-contained forward shield. Military grade harmonic range. Effective up to 90 meters. IH and EM rounds, depending on recharge. Military grade ones, however. Six rounds capacity. Can be charged to one, with a destructive rate of 7.4 in the Voelkel scale. Excellent against armored and shielded targets." He then softly touched it, caressing the design.
"One of a kind. A masterpiece of Rheinland precision and excellency."

Silver eyes gleamed, and the man kept his composure as he placed the handgun back in the box. Silver touched it and a warm feeling flooded her mind. Her eyes rose up. "I'll take it."

"250 Million credits, Frau Silber." He stated, being replied by a waving of Silver's hand. She perused the rest of the room and the man prepared a flute of champagne, that he then offered to her. Sipping, she caressed the fabric of one of the body armors.

"I will also need four GM-5 grenades. One of your Tyrian body armors annnnnd.... That knife." She pointed at the nearest carbon handle combat knife. The man nodded and a holo console appeared. "That will total to 255.678.800 credits, Dame Silber." A hand placement appeared in the counter and Silver placed it. A small beep indicated the transfer was complete.

"Do you require delivery of the goods?"

"Yes. Freeport One."
