<Rules broken>4.4 Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID.

Consequences: Although specifically raised at the K'Hara it is probably worth reminding all, even though it will not apply to a number of Officials. Just think carefully about where you are trying to take the lore and do not think retconning is an automatic solution to changes you want.

This has sat around a while although it has double figure comments and a high degree of consensus it has still sat there. It has also been bumped many times for input from all who can see it, mods admins and devs so guessing nobody wishes to post this.
