Well the Coalition blew up the original sleeper ship for the Gallia as well as another. Forcing the Hispania to take on extra passengers (apparently it was carrying a much heavier passenger load than the other ship due to this while the French in Discovery lore made a new one in secret) which eventually would split up when the Sabotage of the Engines occurred. Thus creating the Outcast and Corsair organizations.
