I have returned with valuable information, and a bait was set. I sincerely apologise for disappearing like that, but there is much to be done ahead of us.
This little experiment I have set, the purpose is to find links of our... small neighbours. Increased action is to be expected, possibly with higher patrols within the Independant Worlds. Truth, they may not know where our place of comfort is, but as a consequence of this experiment, anyone with suddenly hostile reactions is to be placed onto a suspects list.
I have leads to the 'issue' that I've slowly begun to open with you, my dear council members. The energy contained within could possibly be studied carefully, though that could mean a price for my well-being. This energy is psychic energy, energy that is universal within all life. Harbinger spoke to me, for reasons unknown, and informed me of a different reality, a different scape, called the Dream realm. To find answers, one would have to seek it. The Shrine holds the easiest 'signal' to enter this dream, however, whilst entry is easy, leaving this realm is considered difficult. For now, I will not venture there, as I'm not prepared. Study of this... situation is required.
Now, as for our lovely home, the stockpiling investment period will begin as our great people work towards learning more about the world. Stockpiles left over from Ataraxia will be recycled into this project. Efficiency is a must, we must work together if we are to thrive. The top priority of our seasonal objectives is to secure a food source, and a stable defensive system.
I here-by dub this as Project Orthosia, the triad of prosperity. It is imperative that we act with haste.
