Your ranks seem unlogical illogical to me, why would a Lieutenant be allowed to fly a battlecruiser?

Hi Shelco, there is only one rank between sous lt and captaine / given capitaines can fly a battleship makes sense for lt to fly a battlecruiser.

There is no elitism in the RN unlike GRN, so I have kept things quite simple with the ranking and it works.
