I might be mistaken but it seems like you kicked someone out of the faction just because they were trying to diffuse an argument that was going nowhere. Seems pretty low for a faction going for officialdom if that is the case. If I am getting it wrong feel free to let me know.

In fact, a whole string of failures behind the scenes both inRP and ooRP formed into a culmination that lead to this decision.
Continued lack of regards for orders to have ships ready in Leeds to assist in system defense. Making up excuses as to why the 3ic has herself been parked in Kusari rather than Leeds of which was being used as the excuse not to return to Leeds.
Attempted power grab of a 2ic position because they thought they were better suited to the role than the current 2ic. Regardless of the fact that the current 2ic has had a much bigger in-game presence than the 3ic who hardly ever logged at all. Because their char was in Kusari!?
Also slagging off other members when infact they do the same things wrong.
I wont tolerate that kind of toxic membership. Better to let the free-radicals be free.

Yes. Because, as you said, our current 2iC is 2iC just because he was your first recruit. He didn't do something for it. But I did. It was unfair.

No one is lying you are just self-centered, as I said before you were promoted to 3ic because of your efforts for the faction which were noted and hence your promotion.
You did work and were rewarded for it, where you went wrong was when you decided you wanted more and made demands to be put into 2ic position because you thought 'you deserved it'.
Let me educate you first of all on how things work around here, firstly you do not demand ranks or positions they are given to you. Secondly they are given to you on condition that all criteria are met including: effort in ingame interactions, ability to follow orders and being a role model for others to follow.
Though-out your entire career in [RN] you have only ever had one ship that you flew namely [RN]-RNS-Lune, which initially was located in Leeds and did ingame stuff around there. But you were quick to then set sail for Kusari because you felt we needed a presence up there.
Well no, Kusari is not our primary ZOI: Bretonia, Taus and Leeds is. So that is where your main char needs to be. The whole RP thing with KSP and thus your justification for being in Kusari. Came after you moved RNS Lune to Kusari and not before.
Thus you moved that ship there of your own accord and without my approval!
Once the RP with KSP had got underway I was kind of swayed to your thinking so I was like ok then lets see how this plays out.
After the RP went sour due to all other GRN factions disapproving of the idea to work with Kusari Military / Police factions on a coop basis kinda meant the RP was dead in the water.
Your maintained your protest to not having to come back to Leeds because you were still on 'Diplomatic' Missions there.
I at no time saw any further RP from yourself toward the Kusari Republic thus your return to Leeds was required but you refused still.
You did not even bother to create any other ships in the [RN] because at no time were you interested in actually flying with us but rather carry on with your own RP fantasy pursuits.
You also attempted a power grab that was quashed and you slagged off other [RN] members in the process. Definitely not a role model!!!
Thus on all counts your efforts do not entitle you be 2ic hence your request was denied. Ever since then you have been salty on it. You are not what we are looking for, thus I had to let you go.
