I feel like making Pennsylvanian less of a dead end could help, mostly if it's keeping a nice presence of vets coming in and out rp'ing with the new players and helping them out. Unfortunately, I'm a bit stuck on an idea of how to do this, as I'm worried that just making it part of a good trade route would only bring traders, that seeing nothing beyond earning those precious credits..... and not new players that need to be introduced to the server.
I like the idea of having jump holes to take new players to the various houses/regions further away from Liberty, although again, it'd have to be done in a way that doesn't unbalance the economy, such as one of those custom "jumphole" PoB's, perhaps restricted to snubs/freighters only. Freighters could still be unbalanced, but surely less so then letting 5ker's through... and if we want to keep /restart beginner as a thing, then shutting beginners out of a way to explore doesn't sound that productive. Anyway, thats my 2cents for now.
