(MD)~John.Price has been sanctioned for:

3.3 OOC (Out of Character) chat and behavior in Local/System Chat

Consequences: Warned.

If you think a player has broken the server rules, you contact them about it and, if it goes nowhere, you report it to the Administration team. What you do not do is plant 10+ lines of OORP text into local chat. As for future reference, just like any other ID, Nomads are allowed to break their ID line regarding exiting their ZOI in order to finish a PVP situation if the player jumps out to another system. Just like a Junker ID would be able to finish the piracy encounter if the demand was made/engagement was made in non-house space before a player jumps into house space.
