I'd also like to point out that picking a logo from the net and directly using it for a forum site that you do not get profit over isn't copyright. Christ... Are you guys serious or just looking for an excuse to complain on them. Its not considered importing. Its not considered something bad. They used the image in a different context.

Logical signs something is copyrighted include: a watermark, it being only on one site, not from a company product...

Im going to bet that when I google search the image, it will pop up everywhere.
Honestly, leave the guys alone. Not everyone can make an image from scratch.



Edit: now.... If I search and see that logo is from an energy drink or something... Then yeah... Can be an issue.
