Are there any plans on how to generate activity in Gallia? There is no need for a police when nobody else is in Gallia, which is something Gallia's political hardlining is to be blamed for. Without a counter-faction and tangent points with other factions, you're claiming a faction that simply has nothing to do, as there are only very few reasons to visit Gallia on regular basis.

Even the GRN factions are never to be found in Gallia.
