A number of delays on my part led to the unscheduled increase in time it would take for the ship to be done.
I am pleased to say she is ready to depart only requiring your own inspection to your standards.

As a gesture of good will instead of paying the fine i shall instead remove the cost of labor and the cost of the core. 100 Million off the bill i hope will more the suffice for the inconvenience caused.
