Guns pulled from wreck OORP?

This should not be considered OoRP. Prototype codename weapons are free-for-all weapons, regardless of what ship they were originally found on. For all you know, that wrecked ship could have taken it from another wreck prior to its destruction! Even if that faction had produced the prototype, once it becomes part of a wreck, that gun is free for anyone who wants it.

Wrecks drop more than just Code name weapons, they also drop faction specific weapons.
The faction specific weapons are what is in question here i believe, and no he should not
be using the faction specific weapons if they don't belong to the characters faction/allies.
