Activity triangle: Basic movement within the house, mostly trading -> unlawful/attacking elements can go and attack those or do other rp with them -> law enforcement can now go and do it's thing efficiently.

Then any other stuff can go in.

Well, that's the issue. Most traders go through Kusari, because in 99% they are assured no one will pirate them in Kusari, cause Kusari is dead - and last time I saw ANY Kusari Unlawful was like two months ago. But then I had been trying to pirate in such places, I had enough listening to traders who whined because pirate wanted to ask for their precious credits - but then some pirates are dull a-holes as well, let's not go one-sidedly. Yet still there are traders outright refusing to RP even a single line, then whining via PM that "you stoopit pirate cus your bully".





Also, my advice to shooty-shooty members: RP isn't PVP only. Be more creative than these two messages and right click shjote.
