Yes it is the good path but i voted No.
Trying to run for the first place will make you fail for one reason. You do not see the faction as an organization I've already said that GUILD is the most important word.
You're opening a recruitment thread to recruit BH while you should find support for the administrative work. Most BH are already registered and i bet they do not feel the need to tag (maybe i'm wrong)
The BHG Job board is more a daily bulletin any BH can find in any BH stations so it needs a very good preparation to be efficient.

I'd liked to see something like :

This is what i call a "open" job board, sharing informations and open to all registered BH.
Last critic, i do not see a single positive exchange between you and the other BH faction proposal... I hoped that all of you will try to work together to succeed. Hope you've done that already...

Whatever, i write a lot but do nothing and will do nothing.
