Ok now what would i will do

Create one FL account with :
BHG|Liberty_Office location Manhattan
BHG|Rheinland_Office location NB

Create one FL account with
BHG|Bretonia_Office location NL
BHG|Deshima_Office

add on one of the account the BHG|HeadQuarter which is a battleship stationed at Rostock (the central bank)

The Office characters are contacts for contracts and payement. All the "council" can log them so the availability is almost permanent. Any character can pass a contract online with a BHG board.
Immediatetly, the player log on the forum, use the shared forum account and update the Bounty Hunter Guild Job Board.

Now find 4 more players ready to share the responsabilities. Send the .AD for FAM. If you count, there is 5 characters, 5 players... None are really a "real" Bounty Hunter but are the Organization that allow fast and reliable bounty contracts. I hope you see what i mean by administrative work.

For the RP purpose, the BHG|Office are "IA". they contact all the BH registered online and inform them of a potential target online. The Board can help to form group as they all have the name of the registered BH.

When the management of the Office are clearly established, i bet that the customers will find a secure way both in the forum and in-game to work with the Guild. They know that the job of the Office is to make sure that the contract is known by all the registered BH.

- BHG|Liberty_Office : "Cooperhead, IFF Xeno, ID Xeno, class ship : taidan bomber, current reward 2M one shot, client : unreavealed."
- Samuel Lance jr: "Coordinate uploaded. Assign priority one on Copperhead under my BH credential. End connexion"

Now imagine the load of work you will have when 4 or 5 registered BH will be online... the solution, open a group and put them in contact... now the Guild is really open and dynamic. I bet that the wanted criminal will have really hard time and the BH can at least talk together, work together and have the feeling that the guild exists.

It is looking like an utopia isn't it ? Not sure...if someone is ready to RP a BHG|Office and loose his time not for the glory but for all the other players.
