Greetings, Mr. Jansen,
I don't know you personally but I do know of your organization. My encounters with you in the past have been decent. As to the LWB, well, I haven't had any dealings with them in a very long time. If they are in trouble, I am sorry about that. I wasn't aware of their situation as I no longer wear the robes of a diplomat.

As to a bio-dome, Med Force Enterprises is about science, research and medicine, some of which we produce on our own courtesy of our biodomes. While I don't have the people to build a biodome, I can pass along knowledge as to producing medicine and food. The best I can personally do for it's construction is ship some equipment to build it. If my help makes the Unioners a more, independent people then I am willing to assist.
