Mining Revamp

Here is the outline of the mining revamp that Teerin promised in his last "log" post. The first line shows the system(s) where mining takes place. The bases that follow will be the primary tier of sale destinations, each having about the same rate of profit. The reason some ores have fewer destinations than others is the result of them being mined in systems that are far apart from each other, which reduces the available number of distant destinations for consumption. You will notice one sale destination in each House, where possible.

If you have commentary, be specific and provide back up evidence for your reasoning. The goals of this revamp are to associate sale destinations with economic rationales while accounting for the needs of game play balance. Naturally, those are subjective judgments to a great degree. If you are commenting on behalf of a mining faction, please say so.
