I think you guys are learning that BH can be most effective if there is partnership. I don't think any faction will ever have all holders of the i.d.. in their group, and BHers tend to be a mostly pretty independent minded bunch. Not inclined to be bossed around.

Your board could be tidied up a little, made a bit more easy on the eye and a bit more detailed. You need to grab people's attention. I like that you are restricting some contracts to members only, it adds an inducement to join. I think you can forget about people pitching in to help if you're not gonna cut them an equal share of the pie when it comes to your bounty on the OPG. Equal risk but our lives are worth less than yours? You guys also need to start cornering the market on other bounties being offered. I know that it'll mean that you're competing with me, but hey that's the nature of the game.

Having one person play the office in-game is going top be a real drag. Why should you share information in such a laborious way when all people have to do is do some research on the jobs board once in a while? Grouping up with other known BH in-game is the way to go: you can share info that way and help each other out.

Spelling mistake in the Poll post. Come on now, you're supposed to be professionals.
