Firebird, I think your refering to the white and blue one. It is the Bretonian flag. It can be found somewhere in the freelancer folder. Thats also where the RM flag (Rheinland's flag) can be found.

Bretonian? I took the Liberty one, I made the "P" then flipped it horizontally and made it red :)
