Toris. With all respect dude. Are you at least AWARE that APM technolgies can not be role played by civilians? Hrmmmm? Are you aware of that? The Core will never give their ships so easy.

Whan it case of the situation in which a player claims that Orca was sold to him or his company/faction/mercenary group by APM without inclusion of the Bounty Hunters Guild? Remember my analogy with M4A1 and AR-15? It is like paramilitary group supplied by Colt's Manufacturing Company harassed a guy who just legally bought AR-15 in the shop.

Orca is not The Core ship. It's ship produced by the APM for Bounty Hunters, but also used by Sirian Corporations. BY. CIVILIANS.

Neither APM not BHG and The Core are the same thing. The issue I ask about is what happens, if one corporation has e.g. Manta in their ranks, but the owner claims it was sold by APM to e.g. Kruger. That's why I brought this example:

I have absolutely no idea how to make this clearer than I already have, but I will try yet again. The Core is trying to roleplay APM. APM, as you keep pointing out, is a separate entity. This can't continue as is without things being seriously broken and weird, such as the Core supposedly having complete and total access to the BHG shipline, or selling the BHG shipline to other people. The Core cannot do that. Roleplaying APM as a subdivision of the Core, as they currently are, does not functionally work as a representation of APM as a separate entity.
