The evidence clearly shows that I was in the Library with Professor Plum at the time of the alleged docking.

Though your argument of being able to produce screenshots of my docking has certainly moved towards having no such screenshots to further degrade to my being near a docking ring at a time that it was open.

Awfully cordial of those NPCs to ignore my Xeno Guard status to allow me to slip in for a nip of sidewinder fang.

So, to wrap this whole silly wank thread up in a nice little summary: No, you can run about killing people left and right so long as your ID supports shooting the other person's ID. You were perfectly justified in gunning him down within the guidelines provided by the server rules.

My pilot's request for an exercise of cordial civility, which you felt disinclined to extend on the basis that it would inconvenience you, was one that you were fully within your rights to ignore. Lastly, if you felt that a breach of server rules has taken place I would strongly recommend that you submit a report in the appropriate section of the forums.

I really don't see much reason for this thread to continue on myself.
