***Re: Manhattan***

Now WHAT in hell is this?

There are two Outcast Destroyers in this picture, provided by one of our contacts on Newark. This picture was taken in the skies of Manhattan.

This is a problem.

Outcast Destroyers are expensive. Very expensive. I oversee the only facility that produces them; needless to say I am very disgruntled to see the ships my men pour their blood and sweat into being used in senseless, useless, and reckless situations wherein they are buzzing the single most heavily defended planet in the galaxy with Corsican hardware that has been entrusted to them for the express purpose of protecting the Cardamine trade. Buzzing Manhattan does not protect the Cardamine trade. Hence, I am issuing this directive:

Outcast Capital Vessels should maintain a minimum distance of ten Kilometers from Manhattan unless asked to approach further by a member of the [BLS], [RoS] or [101st].

Failure to comply could result in anything from exile to summary execution. I really hoped I wouldn't have to do something like this, but this is unacceptable behavior from the commanders of these ships, and it is our duty to bring them under control, by my own standards and popular demand. Bonello out.
