This seems to be (still!) a problem with the "IMG inside Gallic space" ID problem.
Stop using "IMG Guard" bc that does not exist any more.
If you run into trouble with that "IMG in Occupation ZOne" ID, please post it as a bug report.
We have had such a load of trouble with that... but the general idea is good.

It just finally needs to have the right settings!
