Why is the IMG hostile towrds me ?

I'm sorry buddy but I won't report this as a bug since mechanically it's working as intended. Besides, not only does it appear opinions are split on this issue, it also seems well known. Instead of abolishing the IMG guard you could simply adjust the guards IFF (you may want certain factions still not to be able to dock). However, before any changes are implemented it might be a good idea to start a poll since opinions differ and not everyone may want the current situation changed - even though it's inconsistent.
