Im back but not for long

The rules are here for one main reason... to enhance and stabilize everyone's experience who plays here. I've been here for about 7 months now. I've seen some minor changes and all was for the better. Almost everyone who plays here on a regular basis does their best to play by the rules to better their experience here. This is an RP server, the people who don't want to RP, break the rules, PvP whore, and basically not care about what this server stands for are not welcome here (and usually don't last long).
It's an English speaking server for a reason. If you want to speak German, Spanish, etc... take it to private chat with your buddy. Simple. Why would you spend time on a server that doesn't speak a language you're fluent in??
How can you interact with other players and get in the spirit of RP if people are chatting in four different languages in the same system?? That would be common sense to me.
I'm here because I love to RP. Most of the veterans here I believe are here for the same reason. If I want to mercilessly kill people for no apparent reason, I'd just go to another server that tolerates that. Simple.
It seems obvious to me you dislike the way we play here. The solution is a simple one. Look for another server more suited to your likes.
Would you play a sport on a team that has a play style you hated? Would you go to the movies and see a show you knew you wouldn't like? I think not.

Don't misunderstand me, I'm not trying to rag on you or put you down.
I'm just trying to figure out why someone with obvious distaste of our server and the way we play would go through all the trouble of pointing out why they think our rules suck.
200 people playing online here at the same time must mean we've done something right.
