I remember a couple of weeks ago going through the chat list, and seeing [ESS]. And what I thought was the following: "Jesus Christ, not another noob Outcast faction." I don't know why I thought that, It's just my nature and shows what a real d**k I am (censored for all the little kiddies out there).
Reading this, I feel obliged to apologize. It definately has the story and organisation for a very respectable faction.
There are some small things however:
The ZAS isn't coloured in orange, you may of ended the coding too early or edited them in later and forgotten to include them in.
Fighter/Bomber tags. They're the same. Through my previous faction experiance, I strongly suggest you use different tags for fighters and bombers. People will most likely have a fighter and a bomber, so maybe [ESS][Char.Name] for fighters and [ESS][Char.Name} for bombers.
Private forums are rarely a good idea. They just complicate things when they don't need complicating.
In connection with the previous point, instead of using a private forum just get Skype. I was sceptical about getting it at first, but after I got used to it I've found it an invaluable resource.
