I concur with the Outcast Commonwealth's new directive of having a Destroyer with escorts to fly with a medium to large sized convoy for Cardimine shipments. I think it is an excellent outlet for role play that has the possibility of involving a large group of factions in it on their travels. From Omicron Alpha all the way for the path to liberty for sale and back again. So many lawful factions would have the chance to interact with the group and so many different ways to go about confronting such a assemblage of vessels. From cops and navy trying to take them down to the average trader wetting his pants as they pass by and everything in between.
And affirmative on the every now and again event of an organized fleet into surrounding systems of new york. That is more of what we had in mind. We know full well that if we come down everyday with about 1 dreadnought, 2 dessies, 4 gunships, and 12 fighters that people will start to moan and cry and really it shouldn't be an everyday occurrence. There is more to do on the server. But from time to time we would like to have a vulgar display of power and punch LN in the nose or whoever would come to meet us. Besides, a fleet is harder to move around, especially in secret, than a couple of organized fighter wings raising hell.
We work hard to have what we have and to try to solidify our position on this server. We are constantly making adaptations to better fit in with the rest of the server and try to increase the overall harmony of it. We know that we are a unlawful group and a pirate one at that, so not everything that we do will leave a pleasant taste in everyone's mouth, but that is by far role play vs player actions decreasing from the server's harmony.

The Reapers of Sirius are no longer Outcast as I have read, unless something has changed. But I did read that from somewhere here on the forum. As far as I know this is current material. I am not sure myself where to place them on our faction rep sheet but from what I know they use Outcast territory and have a long held relationship with other Outcast factions so I place them as friendly. I remember when I used to fly with them a year ago, they were a good bunch.
