To whom it may concern,

As of late, the Forlorn Hope has found itself in a situation where it will have to rely on its friends from the Crayterian Republic to succeed. Your expertise will be needed.

Since you have been prosperously terraforming and colonizing Planet Yuma for quite a while by now, and have proven to be capable of creating gigantic artificial islands, we assume that you have acquired a reliable, profound knowledge in water management over the course of the terraforming process. This knowledge could come in handy for us now.

I will keep myself brief for now: What we require is a certain level of guidance and knowledge exchange in how to handle water collection, independently, without the need of constant supplies. We are currently in the process of raising a modular station, and it would be a pleasure for us to know the Republic by our side, helping us with the above-described matter.
