Pilot / Base voices

Hello!

I'm currently working on a tiny project of my own, and was looking for some guidance regarding modding FL:

So far I've made myself some own systems with my own factions. However, I kinda wanna add actual voicelines to the NPC pilots / bases there.

I've found many voice lines are in Freelancer / DATA / AUDIO / atc_leg_m01.utf for example.

The sounds itself are, so I believe, defined in the many .ini files in the same folder. (voices_base_male.ini for example)

However, opening the UTF-file I get a gigantic mess.

How am I supposed to add a .wav file into the .UTF-container, and in which files do I have to add it in?

And especially, how do I know which file (inside the UTF) is what? "0x804CAB46" doesn't really tell me anything. However, if I play that file (trough the UTF-editor) I can hear it's the station voice saying "good journey".

I'm a bit confused and would appreciate some halp.
