pvp is fine as it is. screamers were stupidly overpowered some time ago when being in the general vecinity of them would drop your entire shield if it decided to explode due to bombers having 180 CD arcs and being able to spam them with no counterplay from any other ship class. nukes haven't even changed and neither have CDs, if 50 of each aren't enough for you to beat someone maybe you shouldn't spam and actually think about what you're doing instead, you know, like any other game ever made in existance
missiles are useless because sidewinder exists. it outclasses every other snub weapon in the game. one can't tell if something needs a buff when there's 1 completely overpowered mechanic because the playing field is simply not even (because i'm assuming you complain missiles other than the sidewinder are bad)
torps and sunslayer in particular were being abused in missile + sunslayer combos that had no counterplay and 1shot the opponent with borderline perfect accuracy, excepcionally obnoxious during groupfights because at least 1v1 if you happened to have CD you had some form of counterplay be it little. reasons to remove the starkiller were similar except the combo only almost 1shot you with 100% accuracy.
guns have always been the same with small changes in the "meta" regarding what refires are better than others. luckily the days of dumb 8.33s and PGCs are gone but they are still very much in line with lower refires, including the current best refire (3.03)
it's very newbie friendly to get 1shot by a random guy with torp + missile without knowing what engine kill is, at least in your mind for all i can see

1 animations were better yes. making guns hit a lot easier i don't really understand what you refer to. if you make all the guns instantly hit you'll remove variety entirely because every last one will be the same thing and you'll end up with crossfire pvp
2 is it hard to ask for properly placed mines instead of mindless spam
3 ammo is whatever, helps nerf the nonsense spam that happens sometimes
4 i can't tell if you're talking about the bluebell chaingun or the maxim, the maxim is supposed to be anticap

6 what for, do you want 6 sidewinders? groupfights already relay too heavily on who has the most missiles
7 MR arcs are already good
8 wasupu was cancer, jackdaw was the most nonsense ship i've seen since vanilla sabre with a hitbox larger than a freighter and higher turning speed than a liberator. i dont know what the "crow ship" is. spatial is pretty much the same but with a different model. don't know what the OSC SHF is, maybe you're talking about the maffic which was changed around 2012-2013
you're implying you don't have bias when you clearly wish for missile oriented pvp where guns are secondary and you can spam as much as you want. there's a thing that fits the cathegory you're looking for and it's called Crossfire
and yes you're simply whining that guns are prevalent over missiles. a "meta" where whoever spams more missiles cds and cms wins is what you had in HHC a few years ago with people with CDs 5 tizonas and canonballs that 1shot the eagle. the CD was used to disrupt the opponent's CD so he couldn't stop the canonball from hitting.
