I have been cleared by the Brotherhood's Elder Moyata to operate in Corsair space with the exception of Gamma, excluding the rare occasions when I must travel to Omicron Delta. At these times, I have agreed to enter from Omicron Theta and only pass through the Moldava Cloud and not come near Planet Crete or Triploi Shipyard unless invited.

I hope that this message can reduce misunderstandings, as my IFF shows me working under Cryer Pharmaceuticals which is a token given to me from my former occupation at Atka Research Station. I in no way intend to harm the Corsair Nation, and in no want want to interfere with the internal operations of the Corsair Nation.

If you require a copy of Elder Moyata, Senor Asno, and Senor Carlos Benitez's conversations with me regarding clearence, I can supply those documents at your whim.

For all intensive purposes, my current callsign is Nighthawk, and I do not forsee that changing anytime soon.
