But the aim of the game is not to become a professional PvPer. It's to have fun.
That isn't the point. The meaning of that is, "you don't become amazing at something in the first go"
It has nothing to doing 'wanting' to be one.
But not everyone wants to be amazing at pvp.
Most people want to not die all the time.
Most people want to see a little success from their efforts from time to time. If you make sure they will never, ever, ever, ever win against the people who blow them up every day, you're denying them that, in favor of a 100% success rate for others.
And if you think people shouldnt mind dying so much, lead by example.
Most people want to have fun.
Take away what people want, and they'll have no reason to stay.
