Applicant Description
Biography: Guillaume was born on Planet Nevers in 703 A.G.S. He was born into an aristocratic family, the de Bertinonts. His father Gilbert is a well respected GRN officer and trained his son Guillaume to become a Navy Pilot as well. He took him out to space missions when Guillaume was six years old. He got introduced to the interhouse war with the Bretonians and the Imperial Kusari Navy as well as the in-house conflicts with the Council and the Marquis. When Guillaume turned seven, of course he had to go to school. When he finished school in 721 A.G.S. he just started to train at the royal flight academy on planet Nevers. Three years later he finished his academic studies and started his military career in the secondary fleet of the Royal Navy. He flew in the secondary fleet for 14 years now. But he just read an advertisement in the newspapers about the MRG and was heavily convinced to join the MRG to see more than the Ile-de-France and the Burgundy system and the most important thing for him is to fly in a team. He flied too long solo now, Guillaume wished to be a part of a team the whole time he flew in the secondary fleet. Now he waits for your reply to this application.
Motivations: Becoming part of a team. I flew much too long alone for the secondary fleet. I want also to see the world outside my glorious home world. But I still want to serve the Gallic crow.
Questionnaire
On a scale to ten, how would you rate your piloting ability?: Battlecruiser skills 8, Transport skills 7, Snubs 7
What are your skills?: Being a commander, make good and quick decisions, smart thinking, following orders, and execute them fast.
Describe the Kingdom's primary enemies:
The Bretonian Crown - The royal crowns most interest. They are weak. Leeds is already fallen, the rest will fall too. We are going to rip them all up
The Libertian Republic - The most important ally of the Bretonian crown. Bretonia will fall, Liberty will fall too.
The Crayterian Republic - A small military state re-building their military strength and republic in the Taus
The Council, Marquis and the Brigands - They are terrorists, most are well-organized former Gallic civilians and ROI members
While on patrol, you encounter a small wing of Council fighters. They spot you, and begin threatening your life unless you disable your craft and surrender to their cause. You are outgunned and the nearest friendly patrol that would bring the tide to your favour is ten minutes away from you. What will you do?:
I talk to them any kind of stuff until the reinforcements arrive. If they come too late, or the Council doesnt want to talk any longer i will fight till the reinforcements arrive or until I die in combat for my fatherland
During one of your flights, you encounter an escape pod or a malfunctioning ship. The person inside is speaking in Sirian tongue and is asking for immediate help. If you wait any longer, the pilot will perish horribly. What will you do?:
I would look around in space quick to see, if there are enemy ships which would mean, that this would be a trap and if there are medical ships around which could help him better. If there is none of both, i would tractor him, help him but would still be careful, if this would be a trap. Then i would bring him to the nearest base, prefering a Planet.
What is your S.K.Y.P.E. ID?: navy_pilot31
Will you always remain rational and calm, follow orders, even if the situation could not be worse?:
Everybody has to stay rational and not freak out. You chose to join the Navy to protect your fatherland in any situation. And if necessary with your life!
