Well, there is also this one that is stated on the official faction creation forum.

5. Once the faction has gained officialdom, you are required to fill out a Faction Status Report once a month. This will allow everyone a better chance to understand your faction, introduces your roleplay efforts in the activity equation and not just raw activity anymore, as well as shed some light on slightly more niche factions more active on the forums than ingame. In order to keep things clean with this system, all Faction Activity related posts will now be in the Faction Activity subforum.

They both haven't been done in over a year, the FSRs since May and the activity reports haven't been done since July.
